Jamcracker Service Delivery Network (JSDN) offers a robust cloud service marketplace and management system. It provides a comprehensive cloud service delivery model that enables Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver value-added cloud services to the market quickly, easily and cost-effectively.

JSDN is an integrated cloud management system with a centralized marketplace, stores associated to the marketplace and customers. Once the marketplace is setup, the marketplace administrator can add member companies to the marketplace. The member companies include Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and resellers. Independent Software Vendors are referred as On Demand Providers in the product. Resellers are referred as Value Added Resellers, Managed Service Providers or Service Providers depending on the segment they are operating in.

The member ISVs directly or the marketplace administrator on behalf of the ISVs can add cloud services to the marketplace catalog. The resellers setup stores in the marketplace. The store administrator logs in to the marketplace and resells the services to their stores. The stores display these services on the store catalog. The registered customers can login to the stores and order the services which are displayed on the store catalog. The system also supports member management, user management, order management and service management at each level.

• Supports single sign-on, security policy enforcement and flexible payment options.
• JSDN supports multiple languages, time zones and date formats. It also supports multiple currencies in the marketplace level; however only one currency can be supported at the store level.
