CSP Partner Details - Indirect Reseller

Here is the steps to obtain your details from the Partner Center Portal.

  1. Login to Jamcracker Platform using Reseller credentials.
  2. Navigate to Store > Catalog page and click the Edit Partner Details icon from the Actions column against the Microsoft Service name.
  3. Now, enter all the details as mentioned below:
    • Microsoft CSP Partner ID
    • Domain
    • Partner Center Authorization Code - To get Partner Center Authorization link, please contact JC Sales/Support team and follow the steps and capture the authorization code and update in this field.
    • Partner Center Redirect URL - To get Partner Center Redirect URL, please contact JC Sales/Support team.
    • Partner Center App ID - To get Partner Center App, please contact JC Sales/Support team.
    • Partner Center App Key - To get Partner Center Key, please contact JC Sales/Support team.
    • Azure Authorization Code - To get Azure Authorization link, please contact JC Sales/Support team and follow the steps and capture the authorization code and update in this field.
    • Azure Redirect URL - To get Azure Redirect URL, please contact JC Sales/Support team.
    • Azure App ID - To get Azure App ID, please contact JC Sales/Support team.
    • Azure App Key - To get Azure App Key, please contact JC Sales/Support team.
    • Reseller MPN ID
    • Request Reseller Relationship Link
  4. Note: Reseller MPN ID and Requests Reseller Relationship link is not mandatory for Tier 1.
  5. Click Save.
    Note: Please share your store URL with Jamcracker Sales/Support team to map your cloud credentials redirect URL into the Azure App.

Important:

The Orders placed by your customers won't get fulfilled automatically. The system will create a worklist task for the same, which you need to re-execute later. Before you re-execute, follow the below steps:
  1. As a Indirect Reseller, you should contact your Indirect Provider requesting to create an account and subscription for your customer. After creating the account and subscription, your Indirect Provider will share a Subscription ID with you, which you need to update in Jamcracker Platform or contact your support team.
  2. Once the Subscription ID is updated in Jamcracker Platform, you need to re-execute the worklist task for the order placed by your customer. Then the order gets fulfilled.

    To update Customer ID and MS Subscription ID in Jam cracker Platform to fulfill the order. It is recommended to contact Jam cracker Sales/Support team with acquired details (MS Subscription ID and Customer Details).

    Follow the below steps if you have access to Jamcracker Platform (Pivotpath/Marketplace) to update the Office 365 Subscription:

    • Login to Jamcracker Platform (Pivotpath/Marketplace) using your privileged credentials.
    • Navigate to Administration > Member Organizations page.
    • Search for the organization/customer and click the Manage link from manage services column against the customer.
    • For Office 365 services, click on edit under actions column against the service name and update the MS Subscription ID.
    • Click Save.
    • Login to Jamcracker Platform using your Marketplace or Store admin credentials.
    • Navigate to Administration > Provisioning Taskspage. Search/Select the Partially Fulfilled order and click Re-Execute worklist task to fulfill the order.

    Follow the below steps if you have access to Jamcracker Platform (Pivotpath/Marketplace) to update the Azure Subscription:

    • Login to Jamcracker Platform using your Marketplace or Store admin credentials.
    • Navigate to Store > Customer Management page.
    • Search for the organization/customer and click the Proxy link from the customer management page.
    • Navigate to Cloud Credentials page and edit the In-Progress Cloud Credentials record and enter the Azure Subscription ID.
    • Click Save.
    • Login to Jamcracker Platform using your Marketplace or Store admin credentials.
    • Navigate to Administration > Provisioning Taskspage. Search/Select the Partially Fulfilled order and click Re-Execute worklist task to fulfill the order.
    Note: Please share your store URL with Jamcracker Sales/Support team to map your cloud credentials redirect URL into the Azure App.
  3. Subsequently, when the customer wants to increase or reduce existing subscription quantity, then your Indirect Provider should update the number of licenses accordingly.
  4. If your customer wants to suspend his/her service subscription. As soon as he/she clicks on the Unsubscribe option against the service subscription. You will receive an email notification for the same. Based on the email you need to de-provision the service subscription. So, once you de-provision, a worklist task will be created. You need to notify your Indirect Provider to delete the service. After the service is deleted, you must re-execute the worklist task. So that system won't charge your customer for the service subscription anymore.
